Restaurants, shops, traditional markets and the ferry to Tavira Island are all within walking distance. Plenty of free parking on street ( 500 meters from the house), and good public transports ( trains and busses), for those who wish not to hire a car.

Tavira is one of the most beautiful preserved villages of the East Algarve, at 35 Km from Faro airport and 40 km of the Spanish border.

Tavira is situated close to the Ria Formosa Natural Park. If you take a boat trip you will discover why the Ria Formosa was elected one of the 7 Natural Wonders of Portugal.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and is very spacious ( 68m2). All the rooms have typical large windows with shutters providing plenty of natural light and are furnished with luxury.

The bedroom, living room and the kitchen are air-conditioned. In the living room there is a wood stove for those winter nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and tools to prepare wonderful meals.

The apartment has a second toilet in the hallway.

Linen and bath towels are provided.
