Fully equipped kitchen with all the main electric appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine.

Cable vodaphone TV with some international channels and a good and reliable Wi-Fi service.

The living area and both bedrooms have A/C.

The prime location is another bonus. With a bakery around the corner and Pingo Doce Supermarket (open every day, including Sundays between 09:00 and 20:30), only a couple hundred meters from the front door.

The local coffee/snack " A Caravela " bar serves food from 08:30 until 00:00 (best place for breakfast and a late night snack in our opinion!!).

Beach towels are also provided!

The apartment has independent entrance and is accessed from a quiet street with nearby free parking, yet only 200 meters from the picturesque riverside, and within easy walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, beach ferries or water-taxis, and all that enchanting Tavira has to offer.

The build was completely rebuilt between 2015 and 2016 and finished with high standards.
