THE APARTMENT

Casa June is a spacious (131m2) contemporary 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment constructed in 2023 to a very high standard, with a huge outdoor terrace. Furnished and decorated with guests comfort and relaxation in mind.

 Kitchen 

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes an induction hob, integrated oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a full size fridge/freezer.    The Kitchen has direct access onto the large outside terrace.

Master bedroom with En-suite

A very light and spacious room with luxury Mythos mattresses.  Can be configured as a twin or super king (180 x 200cm).  The bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe.   Sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace and its own private bathroom with power shower and bidet.  This room has full A/C and electric privacy blackout shutters.

Bedroom 2

A very light and spacious room with a luxury Emma mattress 160x200cm.  The bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and sliding doors for direct access onto the terrace.  This room has full A/C and electric privacy blackout shutters. 

Living Area

Generous social space with comfortable seating areas, and a separate dining area.  Flat screen smart TV, with complimentary Fibre Wi-Fi and cable TV.  This room has full A/C and electric privacy blackout shutters.

Terrace

The large tiled terrace is fully equipped for Al-Freso dining and sunbathing.  Both bedrooms and the kitchen can be accessed to/from the terrace making it a lovely social space, which overlooks the pretty and colourful communal gardens.

Parking and Area

There is ample FREE off road parking at the base of the apartment block.  Rua Orlando Ribeiro is a quiet residential area, but only 10 MINUTES walk to the Roman Bridge in the heart of Tavira, with its abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.  There a three supermarkets within a short walk from the apartment.  The location also provides easy access to the N125/A22.  Both train and bus stations are within a 5-10 minute walk.
