Casa Serviço have managed our house for many years in Tavira. Faultless service. I'd absolutely recommend them. Something that is remarkable is the way Emma and Anna can just jet things done. Need a repair - they know someone who can pop in and fix whatever it is. Water leak, no problem. Change a window, easy. And it costs less than any quote we get.

Many years ago we booked an apartment in Tavira which turned out to be not as advertised and entirely unfit for purpose. We were introduced to Emma Rogers at Casa Servicio and within an hour she provided us with a perfect place to stay. We have been using Casa Servico for many years to book our holidays confident in the fact that everything is going to be well looked after by Emma and her excellent team. Taxis can be arranged , the appartment is spotlessly clean, and Emma can always be reached by phone ,or by calling into the office for a chat to hear all the latest info regarding new restaraunt openings etc. Casa Asseca is a gem with beautiful views over the Roman Bridge and the river, very comfortably furnished , the two terraces provide the perfect place to eat or have a drink whilst watching the sun go down before exploring the town which is only steps away.

It's 3 years now that Casa Serviço have been managing our place and they have been really great, a sixth star would not go amiss! We rented through them when we first arrived in Tavira and they were equally good in that role. Casa Serviço has provided a friendly, professional and flexible service to us for many years. Emma is always helpful and quick to respond when we have any issues and our lovely apartment, Casa Pippa, is beautifully clean and welcoming thanks to the Casa Servico cleaning team. They also provide a great Meet and Greet service which is always well received by guests. We have always achieved 5 star reviews and that’s thanks to the great support from Emma and the team!

We had a wonderful experience working with Casa Serviço and recommend them without hesitation. The apartment was clean, well-stocked and perfect for our several weeks stay, but it was Casa Serviço’s service and people that impressed us the most. Emma was a delight to work with. She went above and beyond what we expected from the time we arrived in Tavira until the day we left. We mentioned the tub was slippery and a bath mat appeared the next day. My wife prefers to use a drip coffee maker, but the apartment only had a Nespresso machine, so Emma brought us a new drip coffee maker. We’re used to a top sheet on our bed, which isn’t common in a lot of places, so Emma brought us one. I shipped my golf clubs from home, but they arrived early, so Emma called the DHL driver, got my clubs, took them to her house and brought them to me after we got to our apartment. Finally, to top everything off, Emma insisted on giving us a ride to the bus station when we went to Seville for a few days at the end of our stay. We didn’t demand or expect any of this; Emma just did it on her own and with a smile. That’s real service and told me what good people we were dealing with. Muito obrigado!
