This beautiful villa is situated in a rural location on a hill, in the middle of Portuguese nature, about a 20-minute drive from Tavira. Ideal for people looking for peace, space and privacy.

The villa is situated on a plot of land of around 42,000 m2. Because of its location just below the top of the hill, the view is very wide! Outside it is nice to sit on the terraces around the house, or sheltered in the patio. Of course you can also relax and sunbathe on the sun beds at the pool edge! The holiday villa is spacious and decorated in a Mediterranean style. It has a large living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with pantry. From both living room, as the bedrooms there is access to the partially covered terrace, the patio and swimming pool next to the house.

The air conditioning in the bedrooms ensures a pleasant temperature both in summer and in winter! The living room can be heated well in winter through the central heating and the fireplace. The large semi-covered panorama terrace at the front is connected to the terrace at the side and at the back. Depending on the time of day, the terrace at the front or side is the most pleasant.

The entire terrace can be closed by means of gates so that small children cannot just get out of it. Via the side terrace you can reach the swimming pool via a staircase with a fence. At the swimming pool there is an outdoor shower and there are sunbeds in the half shade of a semi-transparent roof. There is also a small outside counter. The pool can be closed with gates. Due to the size of the villa it is also very suitable for 2 families with children.
