Traditional fisherman’s town house located in the heart of Santa Luzia, Tavira. Newly furnished with high standards in April 2022. A/C and WiFi throughout the house. Ground floor – 1 bedroom with extra-large and comfortable double bed (180×200), 1 bathroom with shower, living room with cable TV and a dedicated space with a work desk and monitor available for guests working away. Spacious entrance where you can leave your bicycles. 1st floor – 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160×200), or 2 singles (80×200), 1 bathroom with a shower, outside terrace with seating area and laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, cooking hob, microwave and all kitchen utensils (dishes/cutlery). Location – transport is not essential all is within easy walking distance but there is free parking close by. Various buses to and from Tavira all day (at least 1 per hour). Bicycles can be hired locally too. 50 meters from the river front where you can find innumerous restaurants, coffee bars, a couple of shops and bakery. The ferry to the beach is 5/7 minute stroll down the river front and the supermarket literally around the corner.
